How
long after I place my order will my cart ship?
If
the order is received during a business day before noon Eastern time,
we will do our best to ship your cart the same day. Otherwise, we
will ship the next business day. Orders received on holidays and
weekends will also ship the next business day.
How
do you ship?
We
use FedEx Ground for most shipments.
Do
you ship to APO addresses?
Yes,
we are able to ship APO. However, we are unable to provide tracking
information, since we must use the U.S. Postal Service, which does
not offer tracking to military bases. We also do not have the same control over the speed
of the shipment as we do with FedEx Ground.
How
much does the cart weigh?
TrekRoller
carts themselves are very light, weighing in at just under 6 pounds.
Once the weight of the packing materials and the box is added, the
shipping weight is less than 8 pounds.
Do
you accept payment by money order?
Yes,
we can accept a money order for payment. We will wait a couple of days
for it to clear
before we ship the item, however. Our mailing address is:

What is the weight limit of the
bags?
Our
TrekRoller bags carry about 40 pounds effectively.
How
much can I fit into my TrekRoller bag?
We
have customers who report getting a weeks worth of groceries for a
family of three into them, which includes a gallon of milk, a gallon
of orange juice, as well as everything else an average family will
consume. We
regularly fill ours up to the lid with produce at the local farmer's
market or carry 20 pound bags of rice. To give a better
sense of the capacity, here
is a photo we took with 8 large rolls of
paper towels filling the bag.
If
I'm local to Boston, can I avoid paying the shipping charges and pick
up my
TrekRoller cart?
Yes, if
you are within 10 miles of Somerville, MA, we may be able to
coordinate a pick-up or drop-off and save you the shipping costs.

us prior to making your purchase so we may ensure that it will be
possible. There is a special link on our product pages for local
purchases.
What is your return policy?
You may return
any unused item in its original container within 30 days of shipment.
We will refund the item cost but not the shipping charge. You will also
be responsible for paying the return shipping.
I damaged my cart slightly but it is still otherwise fine. Can I just replace
just the broken part?
Yes, we sell replacement bags, frames, and wheels. Email us at trsales@trekroller.com
and
we'll be happy to quote you a price for the replacement part along
with the shipping charge.
